Assist in the planning and execution of events and match days for Hartford Athletic.
Responsibilities include ensuring proper placement of equipment for events, coordinating logistics, and supporting operational tasks to deliver a seamless fan experience.
Collaborate with the events team to set up and break down event spaces, manage inventory, and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
Contribute to pre-event preparations, such as organizing supplies and verifying vendor arrangements.
During match days, help oversee crowd flow, assist with guest services, and maintain safety protocols.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in event management, sports management, hospitality, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
