Dishwashers will be responsible for washing dishes and all cooking materials by machine or hand, maintaining kitchen work areas and equipment in clean condition, sweeping and scrubbing floors, and sorting and removing trash.
Dishwashers will also wash, peel, chop, slice, portion, and properly store, label, and date ingredients.
Dishwashers may prepare simple menu components such as salads, sauces, dressings, and garnishes (without cooking).
Schedule: 35 hours per week.
Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.
Example shifts: 2:00pm - 9:00pm and 3:00pm - 10:00pm.
