Loan Sales Specialist - Arcadia

As a Loan Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving loan sales by engaging with customers to understand their financial needs and offering appropriate lending solutions. Your primary duties include: - Prospecting and generating new business through outbound calls, referrals, and community outreach to meet or exceed sales targets. - Conducting thorough needs assessments with customers to recommend suitable loan products, such as personal loans, auto loans, and debt consolidation options. - Guiding customers through the loan application process, from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. - Collaborating with underwriting and processing teams to facilitate timely loan approvals and funding. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and loan applications in the company's CRM system. - Staying informed about product offerings, interest rates, and lending policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. - Contributing to a team-oriented environment by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues to achieve collective goals.
