High School Work Study Program

The High School Work Study (HSWS) Program offers a competitive, paid part-time internship for high school seniors, providing hands-on work experience from September through August.

Interns work 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Opportunities are available in business, computer science, engineering, manufacturing, construction, intelligence analysis aide, and Chinese or Farsi language fields.

Interns will gain practical skills and professional experience in their chosen area, contributing to real projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Must be 16 years of age by 31 December 2026.

Must be eligible to be granted a Security Clearance.

Must be a U.S.

Citizen.

Unweighted GPA of 2.5 or higher is preferred.

Must be a High School Junior.

Must have reliable transportation.
