Registered Nurse-PACT Lead Nurse Manager-EDRP Authorized

The Registered Nurse-PACT Lead Nurse Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) nursing staff within the facility. Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily operations of PACT nursing services, ensuring delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

Providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration among team members.

Implementing and coordinating improvement initiatives across the service or facility level to enhance care delivery and operational efficiency.

Proficiency in basic written and spoken English, as required by 38 U.S.C. 7403(f) for direct patient care positions.
