Registered Nurse - HUDVASH

The Housing and Urban Development - Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUDVASH) Registered Nurse (RN) focuses on individual growth and development in practice with increased levels of self-direction. Key responsibilities include patient management, care coordination, and discharge/disposition planning for both inpatient and outpatient settings. The RN provides fundamental, knowledge-based care to assigned clients while developing technical competencies, demonstrating integration of biopsychosocial concepts, cognitive skills, and technically competent practice.
