Dining Room Attendantsare responsible for keeping an assigned area of the Deer Valley restaurants and dining areas clean and sanitized, and for the daily set up, cleanliness, and breakdown of restaurant guest space, employee dining rooms, and ski school lunch areas.
Tasks involve clearing trays, clearing dirty dishes from tables, sanitizing, disinfecting, wiping and rearranging tables and chairs, organizing and cleaning the Beverage Bar, emptying busser carts, drying, restocking and filling tray and silverware stands, polishing silverware, cashiering in the dining areas, barista duties, and ski school lunch buffet set up.
Greet, assist, and direct restaurant guests as needed.
Complete dining room side work as assigned before and after service which includes stocking cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refilling condiment containers.
Remain stationed in your assigned dining room area during service hours.
Perform beverage station stocking, re-ordering procedures, and equipment setup.
Refer any sensitive situations to the manager on duty.
Report to work in ample time in proper uniform and neatly groomed for the start of your shift.
Maintain proper order in designated dining room and food service storage areas.
Provide mentorship to less experienced staff by answering questions, offering guidance, and leading by example.
