HVAC - Understands electrical systems and
HVACsystems to perform troubleshooting, service, and repair of pumps, condensers, motors, lighting and 3 phase electrical panels and circuits. Plumbing: Install faucets, seats, drain seals. Remove/install toilets, auto flushers. Troubleshoot drainage problems, water leaks, lack of water and effect repairs. Carpentry: Understand woodworking and carpentry techniques and repair processes to work on cabinetry, counters, walls, stairs and doors to maintain operability and repair any damage. Perform drywall repair and painting interiors and exteriors walls, doors, and fixtures when needed. Perform grounds maintenance, snow removal and ground care including the upkeep and care of outdoor areas, ensuring they are kept clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. This includes mowing lawns, trimming trees and shrubs, maintaining landscapes, and managing outdoor spaces to preserve their value and functionality.
