Registered Nurse - Float Pool

The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care while covering day-to-day staffing shortages across various units. Responsibilities include delivering fundamental, knowledge-based care to assigned clients, developing technical competencies, and integrating biopsychosocial concepts, cognitive skills, and technically competent practice in caring for clients with basic or complex needs.

Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency (per 38 U.S.C. 7403(f)). Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency and accredited by ACEN or CCNE at the time the program was completed.
