Nurse Manager - Mental Health

The Nurse Manager - Mental Health will oversee and coordinate nursing services within the mental health department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, managing daily operations, and implementing performance improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes. The role involves leading interdisciplinary teams, developing and enforcing evidence-based practices, and fostering a collaborative environment that supports veteran patient care.

Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency (proficient in basic written and spoken English per 38 U.S.C. 7403(f)). Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency (ACEN or CCNE).
