INTERNSHIP - STRESS ENGINEER

As a Stress Engineer Intern at FLYING WHALES, you will contribute to the structural analysis and certification of the LCA60T airship, a revolutionary cargo transport solution. Your primary responsibilities include: Performing finite element analysis (FEA) and hand calculations to assess structural integrity of airship components under various load conditions. Collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to optimize structural designs for weight, strength, and durability. Supporting the development of stress reports and documentation required for certification processes.

Qualifications and requirements: Currently pursuing a Master's degree (or equivalent) in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of structural mechanics, including stress, strain, and failure theories.
