Job Description
Coordinate and oversee no-fault arbitration, litigation, and examination under oath (EUO) files.
Prepare and file pleadings, discovery materials, arbitration submissions, and related case documents.
Assist attorneys with all aspects of New York no-fault arbitration and litigation matters.
Communicate professionally with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and other parties.
Maintain accurate case files, calendars, deadlines, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
Manage multiple matters simultaneously while keeping deadlines and priorities organized.
Complete electronic filings and case-related administrative tasks through platforms such as AAA and NYSCEF.
Use MicrosoftOffice, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint to support day-to-day case management.
Qualifications
2+ years of personal injury or no-fault arbitration/litigation experience.
Experience supporting claimant or defense-side no-fault matters is valuable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and competing priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Familiarity with AAA and NYSCEF filings preferred.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
