Technical Communicator Intern

As a Technical Communicator Intern on our Information Experience (IX) team, you will help redesign how users discover and apply product knowledge at the intersection of digital and physical experiences. Moving beyond traditional documentation, you will influence the entire user journey by assisting a busy team in crafting learning experiences that make complex machine control systems feel effortless for operators worldwide. Your responsibilities include: Collaborating with the IX team to develop and improve user documentation, including manuals, guides, and online help content.

Qualifications and requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, Information Design, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
