岗位职责

About FINN Partners
FINN Partnersis a fast-growing, global independent marketing agency recognised for its bold ideas and collaborative spirit. Our expertise spans integrated marketing, media, and creative services, offering clients a unified team focused on business and brand growth. The Performance Media team leads performance strategy across paid search, social, programmatic, and audience insights, while the Brand Media team leads brand strategy across narrative and channel selection. The two teams build every media plan together, aligned to a single business outcome. Media joins client engagements at the earliest stages, working alongside strategy and creative to develop one integrated campaign.
Position Summary
As a Senior Media Planner, Brand, you will lead the development and execution of local, national and global brand media plans, owning your plans, measurement, reports, and recommendations from start to finish, with growing autonomy in client-facing strategy and vendor negotiations.
You will plan across brand media channels including but not limited to premium video, programmatic video and display (DSP), audio, OOH, and brand partnerships, and provide dotted-line guidance to Associate Media Planners as you deepen your fluency across the mix.
What You'll Do
Participate in the development of integrated brand media plans and strategies, contributing directly to plan direction and channel strategy rather than executing decisions made by others
Plan and execute brand channels including premium video, programmatic video and display (DSP), audio, OOH, and brand partnerships
Maintain working knowledge of paid social, paid search, and performance platforms to inform how brand strategy translates across the full media ecosystem, even where day-to-day execution sits with the Performance team
Oversee end-to-end management of brand media campaigns, from planning through execution and reporting
Prepare estimates, insertion orders, and buy specifications
Own vendor negotiations for rates, positioning, and added-value opportunities, ensuring outcomes align with plan objectives
Issue RFPs to print, broadcast, and digital vendors
Implement and monitor tracking of KPIs and overall campaign performance
Construct and deliver detailed reports on a monthly basis
Provide review/oversight of junior team members for client-facing reports through a constructive lens
Manage billing alongside Media Planner/Associate Media Planner and Accounting counterparts
Conduct industry, competitive, and audience research using media tools and agency resources
Foster partnerships with vendors and other third parties
Evaluate new media opportunities and develop points-of-view
Present media plans and strategic recommendations directly to clients, with Supervisor support on complex or sensitive accounts
Provide dotted-line guidance and day-to-day direction for Associate Media Planners, including quality review and feedback on their work, without formal performance management authority
Maintain daily pacing and budget tracking
Stay current on media trends and best practices
