Electrical Apprenticeship - Hokitika

As an Electrical Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced electricians to learn and perform a variety of electrical tasks. Your responsibilities include assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. You will be expected to handle tools and equipment safely, including power tools, hand tools, and testing devices.

To be considered for this apprenticeship, you must be reliable and punctual. You should have some job experience, such as labouring or holiday jobs. You need to be good with your hands and know how to use tools.
