Apprentice Security Technician

As an Apprentice Security Technician, you will join our Security Department and work under supervision to learn and perform installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control. Your responsibilities include following detailed instructions from senior technicians, assisting with on-site installations, troubleshooting basic system issues, and ensuring all work meets high quality standards. You will collaborate with team members on projects, communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Ability to follow instructions. Strong interpersonal skills and oral/written communication skills. High standard of quality. Highly self-motivated and directed. Ability to work well within a team or individually. Current NZ Drivers License. Interest in the electronics/security and CCTV industry.
