We are seeking a dynamic Administrator Apprentice to become a key player in our HR Department and contribute to shaping our future.

As an Apprentice Administrator in the HR Department, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and contributing to the team's success. Your responsibilities will include:
Administrative Support: Managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
HR Operations: Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. Supporting onboarding activities for new hires, such as preparing documentation and conducting induction sessions.
Data Management: Updating and maintaining HR databases and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Generating reports and tracking key metrics as required.
Communication: Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries, directing them to appropriate resources. Drafting internal communications and announcements.
Event Coordination: Helping organize team events, training sessions, and other HR-related activities.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements, including data protection regulations.
Project Support: Contributing to special projects and initiatives within the HR department, such as process improvements or system implementations.
General Office Duties: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, managing office supplies, and performing other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth department functioning.

- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential.
