Pāmu Apprentice Farm Worker

As a Pāmu Apprentice Farm Worker, you will gain hands-on experience in both dairy and livestock farming while earning industry-recognised qualifications. Your responsibilities include working and living on dairy and livestock farms, learning practical farming skills through real-world tasks. You will be fully supported throughout the apprenticeship, with ongoing permanent employment opportunities after completion. The role involves active participation in daily farm operations, including animal care, milking, feeding, and maintaining farm equipment.

No prior farming experience required. Must be willing to learn and work in a hands-on environment. Ability to live on-site and work flexible hours. Commitment to completing the apprenticeship program. Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills.
