Mechanical Apprentice

【岗位职责】 负责定制设计项目零件和组件的制造与装配；解读工程图纸和规格，精确生产机械组件；使用多种材料和工具（包括手动工具、电动工具和机械）进行切割、成型和连接组件；协助机械系统的安装和测试，确保符合质量和安全标准；按需执行设备的日常维护和修理；与高级工程师和技术人员协作，排查问题并改进制造流程；保持工作区域整洁有序，遵守所有健康与安全规定；参与持续培训，提升机械工程和制造技术技能。 【任职要求】 能够解读工程图纸和规格；熟练使用手动工具、电动工具和机械；具备机械组件制造和装配经验；了解机械系统安装和测试流程；具备设备维护和修理能力；善于团队协作，能与高级工程师和技术人员有效沟通；注重工作场所整洁与安全；愿意参与培训并持续学习机械工程和制造技术。

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong interest in mechanical engineering and hands-on work. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment. Good manual dexterity and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Previous experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
