Associate Specialist, Implementation

The Associate Specialist, Implementation is responsible for supporting the deployment and integration of payment solutions for clients. Key responsibilities include: Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring implementation projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to facilitate smooth project transitions. Technical Support: Provide basic technical assistance during implementation, including system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. Work with engineering teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications and requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Basic understanding of information technology concepts, systems, or networks (academic experience is sufficient).
