The Training Administrator will support the Training Department in a fast-paced aviation environment. Key responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
Managing training schedules, coordinating course bookings, and maintaining accurate training records.
Preparing training materials, documentation, and reports.
Liaising with instructors, trainees, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth training operations.
Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
