As a Site Reliability Engineer I, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of Mastercard's critical systems and services. Your primary duties include:
System Reliability & Monitoring: Design, implement, and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems to proactively identify and resolve issues. Ensure high availability and uptime of production environments.
Automation & Infrastructure: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for deployment, configuration management, and infrastructure provisioning.

Qualifications and requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or systems administration.
Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration.
