As a Lead SRE Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of Mastercard's critical payment systems. Your primary duties include:
System Reliability & Incident Management: Lead the design and implementation of robust monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes to minimize downtime and ensure high availability of services. You will drive root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages.
