Lead SRE Network Engineer

As a Lead SRE Network Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of Mastercard's network infrastructure. Your primary duties include: Network Reliability Engineering: Design, implement, and maintain highly available network systems to support global payment processing. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent outages. Automation and Tooling: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for network configuration, monitoring, and incident response.

To succeed in this role, you should have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in network engineering or SRE roles, with a focus on large-scale production networks.
