Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Your primary duties include: Proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote products and services. Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.

Qualifications and requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
