As a Lead Software Engineer at Mastercard, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions that power our global payment systems. You will lead a team of engineers in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Your primary responsibilities include:
Architecting and building scalable, high-performance software systems using modern technologies.
Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver innovative features.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Go.
