Welcome guests and complete check-in and check-out Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently Maintain current knowledge of daily VIPs, hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers Perform duties with a high level of positive guest service. Ensure that the guest is the first priority at all times and be proactive with their needs Liaise with various resort departments to ensure our guests experience the most memorable of experiences and the very highest levels of service More about you Extensive hotel/resort front office experience Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise daily tasks and work with minimal supervision Experience using
