Conducting comprehensive process assessments to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas for improvement.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define process metrics, and establish baselines.
Designing and implementing process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
