IT Cluster Apprentice

【岗位职责】 作为IT集群学徒，您将在支持信托内多所学校的日常IT服务实施中发挥关键作用。主要职责包括：为教职员工和学生提供一线技术支持；排查硬件和软件问题；确保IT系统平稳运行；协助设置、维护和部署笔记本电脑、台式机、平板电脑及交互式白板等设备；帮助管理网络基础设施（包括Wi-Fi连接和打印机服务）；支持新技术和软件更新的推广；与中央IT团队紧密合作，监控系统性能、解决事件并在需要时升级复杂问题；协助维护准确的IT资产清单和文档；与学校员工协作，了解其技术需求，并提供IT工具使用方面的培训或指导；参与项目型工作（如升级硬件或实施新教育软件）；帮助确保遵守数据保护和网络安全政策；通过参与各类IT系统和实践，在真实教育环境中培养实用技能。 【任职要求】 您需要能够与非技术用户清晰沟通；在繁忙的学校环境中优先处理任务；展现出积极主动的学习和解决问题态度；具备对IT系统和实践的基本理解；有责任心和团队合作精神；能够适应快节奏的工作环境；对技术支持和教育领域有浓厚兴趣。

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong interest in IT and technology, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (such as Windows and macOS), and common software applications is required. You should have good problem-solving abilities and be able to troubleshoot common technical issues. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with staff and students who may have varying levels of technical expertise. You should be organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and work both independently and as part of a team. A commitment to providing excellent customer service is important. No prior professional IT experience is necessary, but a relevant qualification or coursework in IT, computing, or a related field is desirable. You must be willing to work in a school environment and adhere to safeguarding policies. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle may be beneficial for traveling between school sites. You should be eligible to work in the UK and willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
