HSSE Coordinator

The HSSE Coordinator will support the implementation of health, safety, security, and environmental policies and procedures within the shipyard operations. Key responsibilities include: Policy Implementation and Compliance: Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining HSSE policies and procedures in line with local and international regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations. Risk Assessment and Incident Management: Perform risk assessments and hazard analyses for various work activities and areas.

Qualifications and requirements: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSSE coordination or a similar role, preferably in a shipyard, maritime, or heavy industrial environment.
