Incident Engineer

As an Incident Engineer on the LiveOps (NOC) Team at Betsson Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation and availability of our brands and services. Your primary focus will be on incident management, including monitoring, detecting, and responding to system alerts and outages. You will work with the latest technologies to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time, minimizing downtime and impact on customers. Key responsibilities include: Monitoring system performance and health across multiple platforms and environments.

Qualifications and requirements: Proven experience in incident management, NOC operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced technology environment. Strong technical troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in monitoring tools and system diagnostics.
