As a Customer Service Agent for Nordic speaking markets, you will be the primary point of contact for customers from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. Your responsibilities include:
Handling inbound customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
Resolving customer issues related to account management, deposits, withdrawals, and game-related queries.
Providing accurate information about products, promotions, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center or online gaming environment.
