Customer Service Agent - Nordic speaking

As a Customer Service Agent for Nordic speaking markets, you will be the primary point of contact for customers from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. Your responsibilities include: Handling inbound customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner. Resolving customer issues related to account management, deposits, withdrawals, and game-related queries. Providing accurate information about products, promotions, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.

Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English, both written and verbal. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center or online gaming environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
