Position: Marketing Expert — PR & Communications (AI Agent Environments)
Type:Contract
Compensation:$60–$100/hour
Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
Design task briefs based on real PR or communications work. Specify the planted issue and the decision a strong practitioner should reach.
Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states required for realistic task execution.
Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your own standard.
Evaluate AI-generated content in PR & Communications to improve model outputs and training data quality.
Collaborate independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance in PR & Communications.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Hands-on practitioner experience in PR or corporate communications.
Comfortable working across email, shared drives, and a project tracker.
Clear written reasoning.
Preferred
Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies.
Rubric Academyor Rubric Bootcamp certification.
