Your Mission
As a Legal Operations Specialist, you will handle contract drafting, compliance checks, and legal coordination for Allocator One’s global activities. You will provide regional coverage as part of a rotation, ensuring legal support is always available across time zones.
Tasks
Draft, review, and standardize agreements for sponsorships, vendors, and partners.
Support compliance processes and document due diligence.
Provide quick legal insights to operational and executive teams across regions.
Maintain an organized digital repository of legal templates and signed contracts.
Coordinate with external counsel when needed.
Participate in daily handovers to ensure global continuity of legal support.
Requirements
Law degree with 3+ years of professional experience (corporate or commercial law).
Strong understanding of international contracts and cross-border compliance.
Fluent in English (C1 required), other languages are an advantage.
Detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working autonomously.
Prior experience in remote or international environments preferred.
