Jr. Service Delivery Manager (Entry-Level

As a Junior Service Delivery Manager, you will support the delivery of financial data services to clients, ensuring accuracy and governance. Your responsibilities include: Client Support: Assist in managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
