HR Operations Internship

As an HR Operations Intern at Smadex, you will support the HR team in daily operations and contribute to the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities include: Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist in preparing onboarding materials, coordinating new hire orientations, and managing offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions. Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee files, HR databases, and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

To succeed in this role, you should have: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
