Guest Services Internship

As a Guest Services Intern, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to guests across our vacation rental properties. Your primary duties include: Guest Communication: Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms, providing accurate information about properties, amenities, and local attractions. Check-in/Check-out Coordination: Manage arrival and departure processes, including key handovers, property orientations, and ensuring seamless transitions.

To succeed in this role, you should possess: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g.
