Internship / stage Customer Service / Supply Chain

As a Customer Service / Supply Chain Intern, you will be integrated into the Belux supply chain team, responsible for managing customer service for Out of Home customers for coffee and tea brands in Belgium. Your main responsibilities include: Supporting the customer service team in daily operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination. Assisting in maintaining accurate records of customer orders, deliveries, and inventory levels. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requests.

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
