Talent Operations Internship

As a Talent Operations Intern at ANYbotics, you will support the talent acquisition and operations team in various aspects of the recruitment lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with job postings and candidate sourcing across multiple channels. Coordinating interview schedules and managing communication with candidates. Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and system setup.

To be successful in this role, you should have: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
