As an Intern in Client Experience & Satisfaction, you will support the team in enhancing the overall client journey and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the analysis of client feedback and satisfaction surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that elevate the client experience.
Supporting the development and maintenance of client experience metrics and dashboards.
