As a Marketing Intern in Customer Journey Operations at BMW, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing the customer experience across various touchpoints. Your responsibilities will include:
Analyzing customer insights and data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement in the customer journey.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Supporting the creation and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at different stages of the customer journey, from awareness to loyalty.
