Working Students - Summer Internship

As a Working Student in our Summer Internship program at Allianz Partners, you will be an integral part of our emergency call center team. Your primary responsibilities include: Receiving and forwarding incoming calls within the framework of our assistance services. Providing support to the team during peak periods and ensuring smooth call handling. Collaborating with colleagues to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction. Assisting with administrative tasks related to call documentation and follow-up. Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements.

We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals who are team players and eager to take on exciting challenges. Requirements include: Enrollment as a student (working student status). Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
