Internship - IT Recruiter

As an IT Recruiter Intern, you will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and engaging top IT talent. Your responsibilities include: Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify potential candidates for IT roles. Screening Resumes: Review and evaluate resumes to match job requirements, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline. Conducting Initial Interviews: Perform phone or video screenings to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.

Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
