As an SAP SuccessFactors Intern, you will support the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for global clients. Your responsibilities include: Assisting in the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Recruiting. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Participating in system integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure quality deliverables.

Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic understanding of HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors modules is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
