As an Onsite Support (OSS) Intern, you will be directly involved in the day-to-day operations of our business by ensuring employees have reliable, functioning IT tools. During this internship, you will learn how to resolve common technical issues. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing first-line technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
Assisting with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
Managing IT inventory, including tracking and ordering equipment.

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
