As a Customer Success Intern, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and support. Your key responsibilities include:
Customer Onboarding: Assist in the seamless onboarding of new customers, guiding them through product setup and initial usage to ensure a positive start.
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, troubleshooting issues and providing timely solutions to enhance their experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
Program Enrollment: Must be enrolling in Skill Veda's Work Integrated PGDM Program as a mandatory criteria for this internship.
