【岗位职责】 领导设计、交付并持续优化Aptiv的人才发展项目组合，重点关注早期及新兴人才项目，同时灵活支持更广泛的发展需求；具体包括实习、合作教育、研究生人才储备、初级人才计划以及旨在提升准备度、能力和职业成长的发展体验。 【任职要求】 具备全球项目管理经验，专注于早期职业人才发展领域；熟悉实习、合作教育、研究生人才储备及初级人才计划的设计与实施；能够灵活适应并支持更广泛的人才发展需求。

Qualifications and requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in talent development, program management, or early career programs, preferably in a global or matrixed organization.
