Events Internship

As an Events Intern on Bloomberg's Marketing & Events team in São Paulo, you will support the planning and execution of high-impact events that drive brand awareness and engagement. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the coordination of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site support. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event delivery, from concept to post-event analysis. Managing event materials, such as invitations, agendas, and promotional items.

To be successful in this role, you should have: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
