As a Technical Support Intern at Bloomberg, you will provide frontline technical support to our global client base, ensuring they have seamless access to our financial data and analytics platforms. Your responsibilities include:
Client Support: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues related to Bloomberg Terminal hardware, software, and connectivity. Diagnose and resolve technical problems in real-time, escalating complex cases to senior engineers when necessary.

To be considered for this internship, you must meet the following qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date within 12 months of the internship start.
