As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will gain hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities include:
Supporting talent attraction efforts by sourcing and screening candidates through various channels.
Assisting in the coordination of interview schedules and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and databases.
Participating in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
